Our Team
Hi. My name is Tara. I am a college educated, English and Spanish speaking woman from the US. I originally came to Colombia ten years ago in order to work with an international NGO and I ended up loving it so much that I decided to stay. I think the popular saying around here is true: the only risk in travelling to Colombia is that you’ll want to stay. My husband and I arrived to Cartagena without much prior knowledge of the city, so we understand what it is like to travel to a new place, and we are happy to help others along their journey.
Our Experience
My husband and I have been working in the real estate industry in Cartagena for 9 years now and we have gained a wealth of knowledge from remodeling and renting our own properties. It was not easy at first and there were a handful of trusted people to help us along, so we would like to pass on our knowledge and experience to you.
