The living room, dining room and kitchen are very spacious and allow interaction between the the rest of the guests.
All the appliances and furniture are new. The apartment offers one queen size bed and two double beds for convenience, one in the master bedroom and two in the second bedroom plus a sofa in the living room.
There is a washing machine/dryer combination in the kitchen, allowing you to wash your clothes if needed.
The neighborhood offers huge selection of excellent restaurants with a wide variety of music and food for all tastes. There are also bars, casinos and designer shops only a few steps away. The building offers 2 pools. Convenience stores and taxis are also available within walking distance.
The walled city or “centro” as locals call it, is only 5 minutes away by taxi (aprox USD $3 ride)

Taste the best coffee of the world at Juan Valdez, which is just downstairs, and plan your day there. Security in the building is excellent and the neighborhood is extremely safe so you can just enjoy your vacation.
The neighborhood is alive with many activities 24 hours/day. The neighborhood is extremely safe as it is surrounded by many famous hotels, such as the Hilton, Hotel Dan and Hotel Caribe.
There is also a fully stocked convenience store down the street that is open every day until 10pm.
