It is the perfect apartment for your vacation. Located in one of the newest luxury condo buildings in Cartagena. With breathtaking views of the ocean, you can watch the sunset from the balcony with your friends and family.
The condo has a capacity of 6 guests in beds and an additional person may sleep comfortably on the sofa bed. You will find an air-conditioning unit in every room. We love this apartment and are positive you will love it too.
Located on the 22nd floor, you will have amazing views of Cartagena and the Caribbean sea.
You will find a stunning rooftop pool with 360 degree views of the city and sea.
The master bedroom has two full beds and an in-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds that may be converted into a king bed upon request. The living room and kitchen are open and very spacious, which allows for easy guest interaction. You will find new appliances in the kitchen and a washer/dryer in the laundry room.
There is fast Wifi throughout the apartment and cable TV in every room.

Located in one of the safest neighborhoods in Cartagena. You will also feel safe at home knowing there is a 24-hour doorman service and taxis can easily be taken from the front of the building.
The building is located just next door to a modern mall, movie theater, casino and plenty of restaurants.
Everything that you need will be within walking distance. Restaurants, clubs, tours, etc are all within walking distance. Security in the building is excellent and the neighborhood is extremely safe so you can just enjoy your vacation.
The neighborhood is alive with many activities 24 hours/day. There are many restaurants nearby and many of them deliver. It is extremely safe as it is surrounded by many famous hotels, such as the Hilton, Hotel Dan and Hotel Caribe.
There is also a fully stocked convenience store across the street that is open every day until 10pm.
